I've always been fascinated with what goes on behind the scenes, and the thrill of making a show or event happen.

From early teenage outings with local drama groups, through ownership and running of a production company, to freelance technical work and lighting design, I have a fair bit of experience with lighting and audiovisual.

I work closely with Avolites so normally use Avo consoles as I'm quickest on those, however I can also make things work with Chamsys and ETC consoles. MA too if I can spend a few hours with the instructions.

I am fairly good with the mysteries of computer networking for ArtNet and sACN. Also good at fault finding under pressure (as is usually the case at events).

I have also spent time working with video and am sometimes to be found as AV tech/operator with Qlab, VMix, Blackmagic mixers, PTZ cameras, NDI networking.
